This morning, before we got out of bed, the Child wanted to make animal noises.
So I asked him, "If you could be an animal, what animal would you want to be?"
No hesitation from him, he answered, "A frog!" (ironically, the first animal he wanted to imitate)
I said, "What would you do if you were a frog?"
"Be outside, in the water! And jumping!" He was very excited.
Then he got up and jumped around the bed.
When he laid back down, he declared that I would be a bunny rabbit, and that I should jump around too.
I distracted him with breakfast. I'm not the bunny rabbit type.
